Costs associated with transportation, logistics, manpower, setup, and pack-down are dependent on factors such as venue location, access requirements, event timing, and overall scope of work. As these requirements vary for every event, setup and pack-down charges are assessed separately and quoted based on the specific circumstances of each booking.
Can themes be customised?
Absolutely. We can tailor colours, styling direction, signage, florals, and selected décor details to suit your event vision.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for milestone dates and peak celebration seasons, to secure availability.
Do you travel outside Brisbane?
Yes. Travel outside Brisbane can be arranged, with any additional travel requirements discussed during the quoting process.
Can I upgrade my package later?
In many cases, yes. Upgrades depend on availability and timing, so we recommend discussing changes as early as possible.
Do you provide balloons only?
We specialise in complete styling experiences, but balloon-only requests may be considered depending on the event scope and date.
